Men at risk for prostate cancer with a suspicious lesion
Any men who has a prior TRUS Bx of the prostate that was reported negative and continues to have elevated PSA levels.
Any men with a prior biopsy of the prostate gland that had evidence of precancerous lesions such as: Atypical Small Acinar Proliferation (ASAP) or High Grade Prostate Intraepithelial Neoplasia (HGPIN)
Men with a diagnosis of Prostate Cancer who are under active surveillance management
Any men who wants a higher level of certainty, who wants to know the likely extent and the precise location of any harbored tumors Any men who seek better counseling for the management options for his prostate cancer and the relation with surrounding structure - for example the relation between the edged of the prostate, the cancerous lesions and the neurovascular bundles on someone who is considering robot assisted nerve sparring radical prostatectomy
Any men considering focal or MRI guided treatment of the prostate
